By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Corpus Christi Catholic Church (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following SMS Terms and Conditions:

Program Description

The Corpus Christi Catholic Church SMS program provides service-related communications only to clients and individuals who have requested assistance.

Messages may include:

• Appointment reminders

• Documentation requests

• Responses to client inquiries

This messaging program does not send marketing, promotional, fundraising, advertising, or lending messages.

Opt-In / Consent

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Corpus Christi Catholic Church through the following method:

Verbal Consent

During program intake (phone or in person) staff request permission to send SMS messages and provide the following disclosure: “By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive service-related messages from Corpus Christi Catholic Church. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not required to receive services.”

Consent is documented in the client record before any SMS messages are sent.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on client activity and case management needs. Clients may receive multiple messages per week or occasional messages depending on service activity.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Charges are billed and payable to your mobile service provider.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying: STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you provide consent again.
